2019 Fall Training Session Scheduled:
We have schedule our first training session for the 2019 Fall season, in anticipation of the upcoming 2019/2020 school basketball season, which high school will officially begin October 21st. This training session is designed to begin to get players back into basketball shape and basketball readiness.

The 2-hour training session will be Sunday, September 15, 2019, from 10:00am to 12:00pm Noon, at Pendleton Heights High School, 1 Arabian Drive, Pendleton, IN 46064. Due to the construction that is going on at the Pendleton Heights high school, everyone will need to park at the front of the school (west side), and enter through the “Band Doors”, which is most northern door on the front (west) side of the school building. I’m trying to source the door number but I haven’t been successful as yet. I do know that the band doors are one entrance door down, to the left (north) of the main doors of the school.

The fee for the session will be $20 per player, to be paid prior to the session. Coach Lee Larkins will be running the session along with other Midwest Finest coaches to make it a fully loaded, high energy, high impact workout. While it will be a high energy/high impact session, it will be structured as a non-contact workout, with player safety in mind. It will, however, be designed to push every player in attendance to their skill-level limits.

We are distributing this announcement to our full emailing list and encourage everyone to spread the word to all your current and potential school basketball team members, as this session, which is just the first of several, will begin to prepare your school team for the upcoming season. Any current 7th grade through 12th grade girls wanting to build their game back up into playing condition are welcome to attend, as this session is open to all Midwest Finest members and all non-members as well.

To insure we structure the workout/training session to benefit all ages and skill levels who will be attending, we are asking that everyone please register for the session. It only takes about 3 minutes to complete the registration and will help us coaches out a great deal. You can register on our website by using the 2019 Fall Training Registration Form.

Thank you in advance, and I look forward to seeing everyone there next Sunday.
